I work at the intersection of culture, performance, and power. A theatre director turned cultural strategist, I build stages where institutions rehearse who they want to become. From large-scale school musicals to corporate culture labs and brand positioning rooms, I treat culture as something to be designed, not decorated. I dissect comedy shows, cities, campaigns, and classrooms with the same question: what story is being performed, and who benefits from it? My practice blends strategy with rehearsal, narrative with structure. If culture shapes behaviour, I work where that shaping begins.
Culture Is Practice
I don’t see culture as branding language or occasional celebration. I see it as daily behaviour. Culture lives in how decisions are made, who gets to speak, what is rewarded, and what is ignored. It shapes power, identity, and memory.
My belief is simple: if culture is not designed intentionally, it designs us by default. Institutions rehearse their values long before they declare them. That is why I work through performance, structure, and dialogue because culture is not announced. It is practiced.
My belief system is rooted in one principle: clarity creates alignment. When people understand the story they are part of, they act differently. When institutions understand the culture they are building, they lead differently.
I work where rehearsal meets strategy because culture, if left unmanaged, becomes noise. If designed carefully, it becomes direction.
